Privacy policy and usage

You must agree to these terms ("Terms") to access, browse and / or use this Application. If you do not agree to these terms, you must leave the application and do not install it.

First: unauthorized use

You may use this application only for lawful purposes. You may not use the application if the use includes any of the following:

Breach of any means whatsoever under any domestic or national or international law or regulation; Illegal or fraudulent use or for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect; Indecent, obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory; Promote any sexually explicit material or discrimination of any kind; transmit or cause the transmission of any unwanted or unauthorized promotional or promotional material or any other form of spam.

Second: Registration Policy

We will monitor the contents of this application to ensure that it is in compliance with these provisions and that it does not prejudice the unauthorized use clause.

We have the right to our absolute discretion to pre-control, refuse or remove any data uploaded, transmitted or otherwise placed on the Application.

Third: The data we collect about you

The data that the user enters such as: exam data and questions, student name, student number, additional information related to the student exam, answers related to the student exam
Apple device IDs and Android device IDs
Language and appearance settings
Network status
System used

Fourth: How we use your information

Providing application services Designated to create exams, display them to students, submit their answers, and view exam results for the teacher within the app
We do not provide this data to any third party

Fifth: Announcements

Google and other ads appear within the app According to what suits all ages

Sixth: children's privacy

The purpose of this application is to contribute to the improvement of learning and teaching processes, so the application of tests is intended for all ages
The data collected is only what was mentioned in paragraph (third) - above - in order to provide application services Designated to create exams and present them to students, provide their answers, and view exam results for the teacher within the app
We do not provide this data to any third party

seventh: Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks in question are the property of their respective owners unless otherwise stated. This application is protected by copyrights, trademarks, data and intellectual property rights. You must acknowledge that these rights are part of the application and these rights remain ours or our licensors.

Eighth: Legal responsibility

We shall not be liable in any way for any contents, losses or damages of any kind that are incurred as a result of the use of any content whether published or sent by e-mail or transmitted or otherwise provided in this application.

We shall not be liable (for breach of contract, negligence or any other liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application) any acts performed or performed by any person who works for us except to the extent that such liability is not excluded under the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the security or confidentiality of the application and any information you submit to the application. You are responsible for the risks associated with using the Internet.

We have no responsibility for the content of the added data, and your full legal and moral responsibility lies with you.

Ninth: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

سياسة الخصوصية والاستخدام

يتوجب عليكم الموافقة على هذه البنود ("الأحكام") للدخول إلى هذا التطبيق وتصفحه و/أو استخدامه. في حال عدم الموافقة على هذه الأحكام يتوجب عليكم مغادرة التطبيق وعدم تثبيته.

أولا: الاستخدام غير المصرح به

يجوز لكم استخدام هذا التطبيق فقط لأغراض قانونية. ولا يجوز لكم استخدام التطبيق في حال شمل الاستخدام أي من الحالات التالية:

إخلال بأية وسيلة مهما كانت بأي قانون أو لائحة نافذة محلية أو وطنية أو دولية؛ استخدام غير قانوني أو بطريقة احتيالية أو لها أي غرض أو تأثير غير قانوني أو احتيالي؛ افترائية على أي شخص أو فاحشة أو مهينة أو مكروهة أو تحريضية؛ ترويج لأية مواد جنسية فاضحة أو تمييز من أي نوع؛ أو تنقل أو تتسبب في إرسال أية مواد دعائية أو ترويجية غير مرغوبة أو غير مصرح بها أو أي شكل أخر من المواد غير المرغوب بها (spam).

ثانيا: سياسة التسجيل

سنقوم بمراقبة المحتويات على هذا التطبيق للتأكد من أنها متوافقة مع هذه الأحكام وأنها لا تخل بفقرة الاستخدام غير المصرح به.

نتمتع بالحق وفق خيارنا المطلق للمراقبة المسبقة أو رفض أو إزالة أية بيانات يتم تحميلها أو نقلها أو وضعها بأي شكل آخر على التطبيق.

ثالثا: البيانات التي نجمعها عنك

البيانات التي يقوم المستخدم بإدخالها مثل: بيانات وأسئلة الامتحان، اسم الطالب، رقم الطالب، المعلومات الإضافية المتعلقة بامتحان الطالب، الإجابات المتعلقة بامتحان الطالب

رابعا: كيفية استخدامنا لمعلوماتك

تقديم خدمات التطبيق المخصص لأجله من إنشاء الامتحانات وعرضها على الطلاب وتقديم إجاباتهم وعرض نتائج الامتحانات للمعلم داخل التطبيق
ولا نقوم بتقديم هذه البيانات لأي جهة خارجية

خامسا: الإعلانات

تظهر إعلانات قوقل وغيرها داخل التطبيق بما يتناسب مع جميع الأعمار

سادسا: خصوصية الأطفال

الغرض من هذا التطبيق المساهمة في تحسين عمليات التعلم والتعليم، لذلك فإن تطبيق الاختبارات موجه لجميع الأعمار
والبيانات التي يتم جمعها هي فقط ما ذكر في فقرة (ثالثا) -أعلاه- وذلك من أجل تقديم خدمات التطبيق المخصص لأجله من إنشاء الامتحانات وعرضها على الطلاب وتقديم إجاباتهم وعرض نتائج الامتحانات للمعلم داخل التطبيق
ولا نقوم بتقديم هذه البيانات لأي جهة خارجية

سابعا: حقوق الملكية الفكرية

جميع العلامات التجارية المذكورة بالتطبيق هي ملك لأصحابها ما لم يعلن غير ذلك، هذا التطبيق محمي بحقوق النسخ والعلامات التجارية والبيانات وحقوق الملكية الفكرية ويتوجب عليكم الإقرار بأن هذه الحقوق هي جزء من التطبيق وتبقى هذه الحقوق خاصة بنا أو بالمرخصين لنا.

ثامنا: المسؤولية القانونية

لا نتحمل ولا بأي شكل من الأشكال مسؤولية أية محتويات أو خسائر أو أضرار من أي نوع كانت والتي يتم تكبدها نتيجة استخدام أي محتوى سواء تم نشره أو إرساله عن طريق البريد الالكتروني أو نقله أو تم توفيره بطريقة أخرى في هذا التطبيق.

لا نتحمل مسؤولية (سواء بخصوص الإخلال بالعقد أو الإهمال أو أية مسؤولية أخرى تنشأ بموجب أو بخصوص استخدامكم للتطبيق) أية أعمال نقوم بها أو يقوم بها أي شخص يعمل لدينا باستثناء إلى الحد الذي لا تستثنى به هذه المسؤولية بموجب قانون المملكة العربية السعودية.

تقرون بأننا لا نتحمل مسؤولية أمن أو سرية التطبيق وأية معلومات تقومون بتقديمها إلى التطبيق. تتحملون مسؤولية المخاطر المرتبطة باستخدام شبكة الانترنت.

لا نتحمل أدني مسؤولية عن محتوى البيانات المضافة، وتقع المسؤولية القانونية والأدبية كاملة عليكم.

تاسعا: القانون الحاكم والاختصاص القضائي

تخضع الشروط والأحكام في هذه الاتفاقية للقوانين في المملكة العربية السعودية.
